Many insurance plans specifically exclude services for the treatment of obesity or medical weight loss management. It is for this reason that we do not accept health insurance and are a fee-for-service clinic. We do not bill insurance companies for services; however, some insurance companies may reimburse you for our services. We are happy to provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company. It is the patient's responsibility to process their own insurance claims.
