FOUR STEP PROCESS
Initial Consultation
You will meet with a medical provider who will provide an overview of our services and answer all of your questions about the process for evaluating health, hormones and weight loss. We will discuss your health concerns, goals and lifestyle to help you decide which option is best for you. Once you have chosen the option that suits your goals, a physical exam, fasting blood work, “fat burner”/energy injection and body composition analysis will be performed. (initial evaluation options range $149- $599, appointment necessary)
Customized Program
Lab results typically take 3-4 days to result. The provider will set up a follow up appointment with you (virtual or in person) to create an individualized treatment plan based on your results and goals for the next 3 months. Your treatment plan will include: exercise plan, dietary modifications, supplement and/or medications, if needed.
Delivery and Treatment
We intend to make your treatment plan as convenient for you as possible and can deliver certain medications directly to you. Medications and supplements related to your individualized plan will be prescribed and delivered to your doorstep.
Follow-up and Monitoring
If you are a member of our subscription service, we will perform regular follow-up labs (included in subscription) to monitor your progress, minimize unwanted side effects and ensure you are optimizing and achieving your health goals. We are not Primary Care Service and you will need to follow-up with your PCP if major abnormalities are noted.

Our clinic has 4 Initial evaluation options and completely customizable options. Below is the list of evaluation options ranging from the most basic to the most complex evaluation available. Initial evaluation runs between $149-$599. This rarge is dependent upon the labwork being tested. We are medical providers. Safely prescribing medications is of utmost importance. At the time of your evaluation, your health care professional will review options with you based on your goals, past and present medical history.

Hormone Therapy:
Must Submit Lab Work Performed Within the Past 6 Months. If you do not have these labs there may be additional lab work that will need to be drawn and will require an additional charge.

The dietary consult is a one-one-one initial evaluation lasting 60 minutes and two 30 minute follow-up visits to answer your questions and help you stay on track. Many insurance plans specifically exclude services for the hormone replacement or medical weight management. It is for this reason that we do not accept health insurance and are a fee-for-service clinic. We are happy to provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company. It is the patient's responsibility to process their own insurance claims.
